Data processed by the website
Admin authentication uses a session cookie. The backend stores editorial content, admin accounts and revisions in SQLite. Search terms are processed to return results; no search-history database is maintained. Rate limiting temporarily processes IP addresses in memory.
Hosting and editorial contact
Your hosting provider may retain access logs. If you choose WhatsApp, that external service processes your communication according to its own policies. The publisher must confirm hosting retention, contact data handling, controller identity and applicable privacy rights before launch.
Optional analytics and your choice
When you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes page views and configured interaction events and may set analytics cookies. Our custom events omit form values, query strings, search text, phone numbers and account information. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to reject future collection. Rejecting after consent reloads the page and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google.
Administrator pages exclude analytics. The publisher should review the GA4 property settings and its data retention configuration.
