A role label is not proof of authority
Agent may describe a representative, reseller or administrative role, depending on the organisation using the term. A heading on a page does not establish employment, authorisation or the scope of access.
Agent access versus publication staff access
This publication has a private CMS for its own editors. That CMS does not provide operator-agent access and is unrelated to the account systems described in these guides. Public visitors do not need a staff account to read the website.
Questions about representation
A meaningful authority claim identifies the organisation, the representative and the activity they are authorised to perform. A logo, chat profile or role name alone cannot answer those questions. Do not hand over account secrets to prove an enquiry is genuine.
Frequently asked questions
Is your CMS an agent portal?
No. It manages the articles and pages of this independent publication.
Where can I ask a question about this article?
Use the publication’s contact page for content questions and corrections. Do not send passwords, OTPs or personal financial information.

How is a staff portal different from a public page?
An agent portal or staff dashboard describes an access role rather than proof of authorization. A support representative’s identity and the organisation behind a portal need independent verification; a portal label alone does not establish either.
