Competition terminology and affiliation
A page can mention a competition without being an authorised partner. Sponsorship, licensing and official affiliation are specific claims that need evidence. A competition name in a heading does not establish them.
Reading fixture information
Dates, venues, participating teams and time zones describe an event. These details can change and should be checked against current competition information. This page does not publish a current schedule, live score service or prediction feed.
IPL, Cricket ID and Live searches
Cricket ID is account terminology; Live describes an updating display or category; IPL supplies competition context. The terms answer different questions, so each has its own guide rather than being treated as interchangeable.
Frequently asked questions
Does mentioning IPL prove an official partnership?
No. Partnership or sponsorship requires separate evidence.

How do IPL fixtures differ from match-status information?
A fixture list describes a scheduled match, while a scorecard or match-status indicator describes reported progress. Teams, dates, time zones and the source timestamp matter when comparing cricket information from different interfaces.
